Updates started releasing to Mi Pilot Users today, so you have to wait minimum of 1 week then Public Users will also receive this new update which is good news for Redmi 9 / 9 Prime users. For now, you can't update manually from choose update package because updates in Mi Pilot, after public rollout you can update manually also.

Now new version is prepared (Source: Xiaomiui) MIUI 13.0.3.0.SJCINXM update is coming soon for Redmi 9 Prime which is a good news for Redmi 9 Prime users. It may come with December Security Patch too.
