Xiaomi has released Android 14 Beta 5.1 to Xiaomi 13 & Xiaomi 13 Pro in China region. MIUI 14 new build started rolling out based on Android 14. Before a week, Xiaomi had released MIUI 14.0.0.4 on Android 14 and now new build is released with bug fixes and optimizations.
MIUI 14.0.0.11.UMCCNXM & MIUI 14.0.0.11.UMBCNXM are released in 630MB update size with more optimization and stability. This is a last Android 14 Beta for Xiaomi 13 & Xiaomi 13 Pro. Next will be stable update which is coming soon.

Changelog is same for both models. There are not more changes, only some apks are updated, you can check out them also. So, it is Android 14 Beta 5.1 for Xiaomi 13 & Xiaomi 13 Pro.
